Quote requests

The quote request form lets you describe a repair and request a price estimate. A response to a quote request is an indicative estimate only. We finalise pricing after physically inspecting your vehicle. The final price may differ from any indicative estimate based on what we find during inspection — including hidden damage, parts availability, and the condition of surrounding panels.

No contract for repair work is formed until we and you have agreed in writing on a specific scope of work and price.

Workmanship

We carry out repairs to factory specifications using colour-matched paint and parts appropriate to the vehicle. Any warranty on workmanship is set out in the written quote you accept, and is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude.
