How we handle your information

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and your rights under Australian privacy law. Last updated 10 May 2026.

Who we are

Western Sydney Prestige Smash Repairs (“we”, “us”) operates the website at https://westernsydneyprestige.com from Unit 5, 25A Powers Road, Seven Hills NSW 2147. We're a smash repair workshop providing collision repair, panel beating, paint correction, and detailing services. We're bound by the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) for any personal information collected through this site.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you actively submit through the quote request form. That includes:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • The service you're enquiring about
  • Vehicle details you choose to share (make, model, rego)
  • The message you write describing the repair
  • Any photos you choose to attach

We do not require an account, and we do not collect health, financial, or government identifier data.

Why we collect it

The form data is used for one purpose: to prepare and reply with a quote for the repair work you described. We may follow up by phone or email about your enquiry. If your repair proceeds, the same information becomes the basis for the work order and any required insurance correspondence.

We do not use your information for marketing, we do not add you to any list, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who handles your information

Your form submission travels through two service providers we rely on to operate the site:

  • Resend — delivers the email containing your enquiry to our inbox. Resend retains email logs for delivery diagnostics.
  • Google Workspace — hosts our team inboxes where your enquiry is received and replied to.
  • Vercel — hosts the website itself and processes the form submission in our serverless function.

All three are bound by their own privacy commitments and data processing terms. If your repair involves an insurance claim, we'll share information with your insurer only with your authorisation.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and measure broad site usage. It uses no cookies, no fingerprinting, and stores no personal identifiers. It cannot be used to identify you.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and any follow-up correspondence are retained in our email system for as long as we may need them to support the repair, comply with tax and insurance record-keeping requirements, or resolve a dispute. We delete information sooner on request.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. To make a request, email admin@westernsydneyprestige.com with the email address you used in the form. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
